Client company’s outdated intranet needed to be upgraded to a new one. Project scope included document management platform definition, development, document migration, roll-out and trainings for key users and end users.
As a result, three client companies were transferred to new intranet without service breaks. New intranet meets corporation information management requirements. Client documentation was identified, validated and document distribution processes and methods were unified between different departments. Information owners were identified and named. Processes to ensure document information integrity were taken into use.
