Client’s person and HR data life cycle management had both operative and technical deficiencies. Operating model was vulnerable for data errors. Operating models and responsibilities in the organization were partly unclear and maintaining and integrating the person information between different systems was mostly manual labor. Information architecture serving the entirety was not optimally designed.
Client received definitions for person master data in form of data standard and a target processes to link data governance to daily operative processes.
After piloting the technical solution, a project has been launched to implement a full fledged IAM solution.
